Valley Health’s Sliding Fee Scale Program is designed to assist qualified patients in reducing their bills for health services provided at all Valley Health sites. (Patients are priority. Valley health centers serve all patients regardless of their ability to pay.)

Dental Hours:

 Monday, 8:00 am – 8:30 pm.

 Tuesday – Thursday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

 Friday, 8:30 am – 2:00 pm

  This office is closed for lunch, 12:00 – 1:00 pm.
