About Center for Community Wellness Dental Center

The Dental Department works with various entities throughout the community to ensure that special populations, such as children under the age of five, the elderly and veterans, receive vital preventive and treatment services.

Like all CHDI direct care services, dental examinations and treatments are provided on a sliding fee basis.

Monday, Wednesday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
