The St. Joseph Health Care Trust works throughout the Diocese of Fort Worth to provide financial assistance with basic primary health care needs for persons who are medically uninsured or under insured. The following services are provided: prescription assistance, physician visit, limited dental services, eye glasses, hearing services, counseling services, durable medical goods and health screenings. St. Joseph Health Care Trust does not pay insurance co-payments or JPS Connection co-payments. Services are disseminated through Catholic Charities.

Eligibility: Medically uninsured or underinsured who meet eligibility guidelines includes undocumented individualsFees: None, however clients may be asked to contribute toward the cost of services. Free limited dental care provided at this location.
