Sliding scale fee, if necessary. Minimum charge is $25.00/visit. Pharmacy provides medicine on sliding-scale fee. Also accepts most insurance carriers and TennCare plans including Americhoice and BlueCare (Volunteer State Health Plan), Medicare and Medicare Advantage, Unison Advantage (Americhoice), Health Springs, and Windsor. If no health care plan, referrals will be made.
