Hours:
*First and third Tuesday of every month 5:00pm-8:30pm,
*Pharmacy 10:00am-12:00pm Friday after first and 3rd Tuesday of each month, and
*Clinic also 10:00am-12:00pm second Monday after the first Tuesday opening.
Program Fees:
Annual certification fee $15. Can apply for slide adjustment.
Eligibility:
*Anderson County residents (including Anderson, portion of Clemson, Easley, Honea Path, zip 29654 if in Anderson County, Belton) and surrounding areas,
*no medical insurance, and
*household income at poverty level or below.
