Hours:
The dental clinic will be on the first 3 Mondays of each month* 6:00pm-8:00pm
Intake Process:
First come, first serve.
Please bring:
*Valid photo ID
* Proof of Residency (Phonebill, utility bill, etc.)
* One of the following: 1099, 2 recent pay stubs, tax return or food stamp letter
Eligibility:
Must be between the ages of 18 and 65.
Must live in North Charleston, Hanahan, or West Ashley.
Must not have any form of dental health insurance.
Must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) for your household.
