Raphael Health Center offers a Sliding Fee Scale for Services  and help assist you in applying for Medicaid or other low or no cost health insurance options.

Dental Hours:

 Monday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.

 Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

 Wednesday, 10:00 am - 8:00 pm.

 Friday, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm.
