Community Health Connection is committed to serving all patients, regardless of insurance status. They accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Also accept most private insurance, Medicaid (SoonerCare), Medicare and Insure Oklahoma. If you do not have health insurance coverage they have a sliding fee scale that reduces you cost based on your household income and size.

Hours:

 Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.

 Friday, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm.

 Saturday, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm.
