About Licking Memorial Health Systems - Dental Clinic for Children

Offers basic dental procedures, such as exams, cleaning, fillings and tooth extractions. Children who are eligible to receive services at the Dental Clinic include those who are under the age of eighteen and are not covered by private dental insurance. Children under the age of eighteen who are covered by CareSource or Molina are automatically eligible.

Call for appointment. Applications are available through Licking Memorial or Wing, Mack & Smith D.D.S.

Fees: Sliding fee scale based on family income.

Hours: 8am-5pm Third Monday of each month, by appointment only
