Medical Associates Plus offers a discounted/sliding fee schedule based on income and family size for the uninsured and under-insured.  Sliding scale fees are variable prices for health services based on a customer’s ability to pay. Such fees are thereby reduced for those who have lower incomes or no income.  

Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Wednesday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
