- properly fitted frames
- repair of existing frames and lenses
- dental health risk assessments
- dental exams
- x-rays and radiographs
- cleaning
- restorations
- limited root canals
- extractions
- emergency dental treatment
- dental relines and repairs
Also provides prescription information and a one-month prescription subsidy to an eligible senior at a fixed rate per month with preference given to low-income seniors.
Hours:     Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
