About Eastside Clinic

The Free Clinic of Simi Valley provides medical, individual and family counseling, legal aid and dental services through the generosity of volunteer professionals. The Free Clinic is licensed by the State of California under the same rigorous standards as a hospital or nursing home. Additionally, the Free Clinic maintains a licensed dispensary/pharmacy so that our patients can receive needed medications. We also partner with Simi Valley Hospital to provide laboratory tests and other services on behalf of our patients.

In addition to providing these basic services, the Free Clinic provides training and supervision for individuals interested in pursuing careers as health professionals. The Free Clinic of Simi Valley works in cooperation with Kaiser Permanente where 2nd and 3rd year resident physicians receive training in clinical medicine. Also our Family Counseling Program provides those interested in becoming Marriage and Family Therapists, the necessary training and supervision, as part of the requirements for licensure in California.

The Free Clinic is supported by the generous contributions of numerous individuals, businesses, service clubs and private foundations. No government funds are solicited for patient care.
