Welcome all patients with or without dental insurance. A sliding fee scale, based upon total gross household/family income and the number of persons residing in the household/family, may be applied for greater discounts..

 Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.

  Closed for lunch, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.
